Our Academy is a parish school and therefore Fr. Kyle Stanton in his role of Pastor also serves as Head of School. He works to promote the overall mission of the school, safeguard our authentic Catholic identity, and serve as spiritual leader to students, families, and staff. Fr. Kyle has an A.B.A. from New Hampshire Community Technical College, B.A. in Theology with a minor in Philosophy from Franciscan University and an M.A. in Theology from St John Seminary.
He believes the school strengthens the community and forms children academically, emotionally and spiritually. It was his dream to create an environment of academics in which the light of Christ is not hindered. When he is not working to serve the parish Fr. Kyle enjoys kayaking, fishing... and opening schools.
To manage the more day to day needs of the students, families, and staff Fr. Kyle will rely upon the Director of School, who will teach while serving in a leadership position.

Miss Clara moved to Berlin from New York City. She was hired at the Archdiocese of NY to encourage and develop Theology programs and events for the young adults of NYC. She was in charge of developing and teaching the family faith formation program at Good Shepherd Parish and Holy Family Parish from 2016 until starting the school in 2019. She received a degree in Theology and Communications from Franciscan University of Steubenville and a catechist certification from Notre Dame University. Although it wasn’t initially intended, she continued with her Theology studies because she was so amazed at how beautiful, deep, and rich the Catholic faith is, she wanted to learn more.
Miss Clara is fluent in Spanish. She’s not afraid of trying new things and loves to seek adventure. She considers being a mother as her greatest accomplishment. Her biggest joy in teaching is witnessing students fall in love with the Catholic faith and want a relationship with Christ. Her biggest adventure has been trusting in the plans God has put forth in her life.
Mrs. Young spent most of her life growing up in New York State and moved to New Hampshire as a young adult to study Liberal Arts at Magdalen College (Northeast College). She then moved to Rhode Island where she worked for several years with young girls, ages 4-12, at Overbrook Academy (International Boarding School), focusing on their human, intellectual & spiritual formation.
Seeking to further her education, she returned to New York to attend Dover Technical School, obtaining certification as a Medical Assistant and a Phlebotomist while working at an adult home caring for the elderly. Upon graduation, she entered the medical field by assisting private medical doctors in patient care, medical procedures, and lab work.
Mrs. Young once again desired to work in the education of children and took a job as a full-time nanny, homemaker, and teacher of 5 homeschooled children, ages 1-9. She kept this position until she was married and began to raise a family of her own. She then focused her acquired education experience on homeschooling her five children over the course of 15 years. It was during this time that she and her husband relocated to Berlin and became a part of the Good Shepherd and Holy Family Parish community. She immediately expressed her support of opening a Catholic School in this community.

Mrs. Arsenault has been devoted to educating children for over twenty years and has a great deal of experience and passion to offer to the students of Salve Regina Academy. As a homeschooling mother, she has enjoyed the benefit of educating her six children using various Catholic curricula and has watched the success of her children as they transitioned to public or private high schools and excelled in their further education. Her teaching philosophy has always centered around incorporating values into her lessons, whether teaching in the classroom or coaching on the field, track, or court. As she and her husband, Roland, have become foster and adoptive parents over the last ten years, Lynda's teaching skills have developed further. Caring for children who have experienced trauma and who struggle with learning disabilities has helped Lynda develop a deep understanding and respect for various learning styles, which carries over into her classroom. Mrs. Arsenault has been devoted to the mission of Salve Regina Academy since it's opening days volunteering in various roles like a PE instructor and Math teacher. This year she will be dedicated to helping out in our PreS and PreK classroom.
